Haywards Heath RFC, Sunday 5th October

Hi everyone the whole team will be going to Hayward Heath, there will be no training at Hove.

This Sunday, the 5th October, Haywards Heath RFC looks forward to welcoming the U11s and U12s of the following clubs:
Burgess Hill
Crawley
Eastbourne (U12 only)
Heathfield
Hove
Lewes
Please can everyone arrive at 10.00 a.m. ready to start their first game at 10.30 a.m.
It is hoped that we will be finished by 12.30 p.m. at the latest.
If required, directions are available off the HHRFC website at http://www.hhrfc.co.uk
As parking at the club is limited, please can all coaches and parents car share as much as possible.
Please note that the playing format for Sunday is simply a "round robin", not a Festival, and there will be no winners and losers and no medals and trophies.
Each club will get to play one game against each other in their respective age group and, as we have a good mix of clubs with a wide range of playing ability, each club is being encouraged to bring their whole squad in order to be able to rotate players so that everyone gets a reasonable amount of playing time and opposing teams are as evenly matched as possible.
As this will be, for most of us, our first competitive games of the season, it is an ideal opportunity to get all the players playing and start preparing for the more important fixtures and festivals to follow.
Please be aware that the Continuum only allows a player to play a maximum of 5 games of 7 minutes each way
There will be running two pitches for the U11s and these will all be on the new field which is situated through the gate on the far side of the 1st XV pitch.
Ideally, one referee will be required from each club at U11 and U12 and the games equally shared. However, if any club has a referee that is considered suitably qualified and competent to referee more games, then as long as all parties concerned are agreeable, that is fine.
To avoid any confusion on the day, can all coaches please make sure that they and their players are familiar with the new ELVs.
For those players not playing, some of the HHRFC coaches will be running gentle training drills adjacent to the pitches in order to keep the players warm and active and all visiting coaches and players are welcome to join in and help out.
